Zenispy Privacy Policy

For “Dropshipping Product Finder: AI” Chrome extension and related Zenispy services

Effective and last updated: July 24, 2026

1. Scope and data controller

This Privacy Policy explains how Zenispy (“Zenispy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, processes, stores, and shares user data when you use the Dropshipping Product Finder: AI Chrome extension, the Zenispy website, account services, cloud synchronization, AI analysis, support, and subscription features.

The extension’s single purpose is to help users examine, filter, save, organize, and analyze advertising and publicly available product/store information while using the Meta/Facebook Ads Library.

2. Data we collect and how we collect it

Data category Examples Collection method
Account and contact data Email address, name, optional phone number, Google account ID and profile image. You provide this in registration, login, or support forms. If you choose “Sign in with Google,” the extension reads the email address and obfuscated account ID of the primary signed-in Chrome profile using chrome.identity.
Authentication, subscription, and security data Session token, license key/status, plan and expiry information, login time, IP address, browser/user-agent information, security and rate-limit records. Generated when you sign in, activate or verify a license, communicate with Zenispy servers, or use subscription features.
Website content and browsing context Content visible on matched Meta/Facebook Ads Library pages, including ad text, advertiser, media and destination URLs, store domain, public product information, ad dates, and product counts. The extension reads this information only on https://www.facebook.com/ads/library/*. Most page extraction and filtering occurs locally. For licensed functionality, destination URLs may be sent to check.zenispy.com to detect Shopify stores and retrieve public product metadata. When you click to save an ad, the selected ad container content is sent to Zenispy to parse and return the structured record.
Saved content and preferences Saved ad records, groups, tracked stores, filter choices, language, extension settings, cached results, and notification-read state. Created from your actions and stored with chrome.storage.local. Cloud backup is enabled by default for signed-in users and can be turned off in the extension’s Backup settings. When enabled, saved ads, groups, and tracked stores are synchronized with Zenispy servers.
AI inputs, outputs, and usage metadata Selected ad text, product/store details, prompts, questions, media or media URLs, AI responses, model/provider, token counts, response time, success/error details, and related ad identifiers. Sent only when you request an AI analysis, comparison, winner search, or answer. Analysis content is sent to the configured AI provider. Zenispy receives quota and operational usage metadata and may process the analysis through its API when a backend analysis feature is selected.
Support and service communications Support ticket subject, message, replies, name, email, payment-notification details, and whether an in-product service message was read. You provide this when contacting support or submitting a service request.
Technical logs Request time, endpoint, status/error information, IP address, and browser/user-agent. Collected automatically by our servers and security infrastructure.

The extension does not request Chrome’s notifications permission. Zenispy service messages are fetched from our server and displayed inside the extension interface.

3. How we use and process data

We do not use extension user data for personalized advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, or sale to data brokers. We limit use of Chrome-derived and website-content data to providing or improving the extension’s disclosed user-facing purpose, security, and reliability.

4. Where and how data is stored

Local device storage

Extension settings, session information, saved ads, groups, tracked stores, custom AI configuration, and cached analysis data may be stored locally in your Chrome profile using chrome.storage.local. This data remains until you remove it through the extension, clear the extension’s data, or uninstall the extension, subject to Chrome’s own behavior.

Zenispy server storage

Account, session, license, support, security, usage, and opted-in/default cloud-backup records are stored on systems operated for Zenispy. Data is retained while your account or requested service is active and afterward only as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance.

Authentication sessions normally have an expiry and can be invalidated on logout. When an account-deletion request is completed, synchronized ads/groups and active session access are removed or disabled. Limited deletion/audit records—such as email address, IP address, deletion time, cancelled-license records, transaction records, and security logs—may be retained where necessary to prevent repeated trial abuse, protect the service, resolve disputes, or meet legal and accounting obligations.

5. Parties with whom data is shared

We disclose data only as described below and only to the extent needed for the stated function:

Recipient Data and purpose
Zenispy and contracted hosting/database infrastructure The data listed in Section 2 is processed to operate accounts, licenses, cloud synchronization, product checks, support, AI configuration, security, and service reliability.
Google LLC Chrome profile email/account ID when you choose Google sign-in; ad/product content, prompts, media, and response data when Google Gemini is the selected AI provider. Google Cloud services may also support Zenispy infrastructure.
OpenAI, L.L.C.; Anthropic, PBC; or a user-selected custom AI provider Ad/product content, prompts, questions, media, provider credentials, and generated responses only when you select or configure that provider and request an AI feature. A custom API key is stored locally and sent to the endpoint you configure.
Stripe, Inc. Payment and checkout information when you choose a Stripe purchase link. Zenispy receives subscription/payment status and transaction references; full card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Zenispy.
Cloudflare, Inc. IP address and normal request/security metadata for content delivery, TLS, abuse prevention, and protection of Zenispy web and API services.
Meta Platforms and public store websites Normal browser request data is exchanged with Meta while you use the Ads Library. Product/store requests made for a user-facing check can disclose ordinary connection data and the requested public URL to the relevant website.
Authorities, advisers, or a successor business Data may be disclosed when legally required, necessary to protect users and the service, or as part of a merger/acquisition or asset sale subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

We do not allow service-provider personnel or Zenispy personnel to read user data except with the user’s specific consent (for example, a support request), when required for security or legal compliance, or when data has been aggregated/de-identified for internal operations.

6. Security

We use HTTPS/TLS for data in transit, access controls, session expiration, password hashing, rate limiting, and security monitoring. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not place confidential personal information in ad notes, prompts, group names, or support messages unless necessary.

7. Your choices and rights

Some records may be retained after a deletion request for the limited fraud-prevention, security, transaction, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes described in Section 4.

8. International processing

Service providers and AI providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. We will change the “last updated” date and provide additional notice when required. Material new data practices will be disclosed before they take effect and consent will be obtained where required.
